Protective ProFoams for reveals, doors, and suites, secure fit across standard and XL sizes
Metalcraft ProFoams are purpose-designed reveal separators that clip firmly onto window and door frames, creating a durable, non-marking buffer between units. Manufactured from closed-cell copolymer with natural spring-back, they compress under load to hold frames securely when poled or strapped into position, minimising movement and transit damage.
The Standard ProFoam (200 × 80 × 50 mm) fits 19–30 mm reveals and can also clip over aluminium, PVC, and timber extrusions, flanges, and mullion fins—making it a glazing essential for everyday edge protection.
For larger openings, the XL ProFoam (76 × 76 mm slotting over 38–50 mm material) provides the same ease of use and secure fit at a heavier-duty scale, ideal for doors, sliders, and commercial window suites.
Highly flexible, reusable, and long-lasting, both versions deliver consistent separation, eliminate “settling” during transit, and outperform traditional carpet spacers that often slip or fail under pressure.
Soft, Non-Marking Reveal Protection
Closed-cell copolymer provides a soft, non-abrasive buffer that prevents scratching, denting, and surface damage during transport and handling.

Standard fits 19–30 mm reveals; XL fits 38–50 mm openings. Both clip firmly over a wide range of aluminium, PVC, and timber profiles.
High-Compression, Spring-Back Material
The 20 mm thick bearing surface compresses under load and returns to shape even after long periods, ensuring long service life with minimal breakage.
