Our Window Pole system replaces traditional sliding blocks with a continuous, non-marking polymer insert that delivers smooth, uniform pressure across the entire panel surface. Integrated into Metalcraft’s transport platforms, the poles lock securely into a slotted base on a precision-machined timber deck, while the top hook and strap mechanism anchors the load back to the structure. With compression sheathing, reveal foams and a choice of spring or strap-based retention, this system ensures superior protection, reduced transit damage, and faster, safer loading workflows.
Full-Surface Polymer Contact
A continuous, non-marking polymer insert replaces sliding blocks to give uninterrupted load contact—minimising movement, eliminating pressure points and protecting to surfaces.
Secure Multi-Position Base System
Slotted aluminium base locks the pole firmly to the deck and offers multiple location options for different frame sizes and load configurations.
Compression Sheathing for Grip & Protection
¾” Polyolefin copolymer sheathing on both sides of the pole provides soft compression under load, gripping the frame and helping stabilise the stack in transit.
Fast, Safe Load Retention Mechanism
The top hook and strap system quickly anchors the pole to the structure. The locking strap applies consistent pressure through the pole and load, with reveal foams adding extra cushioning and retention.
