Heavy-Duty All-Terrain Offroad Glass Lifting Robot

Versatile 600 kg capacity all-terrain glass lifting robot with synchronised electric control and flexible boom extensions

The KS Robot 600 Offroad is the ultimate heavy-duty glass lifting solution for demanding outdoor construction environments. With a 600 kg load capacity and all-terrain differential front-wheel drive, it masters crushed stone, gravel, grass, wet and slippery floors typical of construction sites. The 900 mm telescopic boom with synchronized electric control ensures smooth, consistent assembly at constant angles without manual readjustment. A special articulated joint enables full electrical tilting from ground-level (approx. 20 cm) to overhead position, allowing direct pickup from work tables and production lines. Optional boom extensions increase reach to 1,800 mm. Powered by a 24V rechargeable battery system with multiple actuators and vacuum suction technology, all movements are controlled by one operator via cable or wireless remote control for maximum efficiency and safety.

Synchronized Electric Control System

All movements controlled electrically via cable or wireless remote with synchronized angle control. 24V battery enables one-person operation with smooth movements.

Modular Boom & Articulation System

SDKG joint enables electrical floor-to-overhead tilting with 170 mm extra reach. Optional boom extensions add 900 mm (1,800 mm total). Electrical turning +/- 45° with 360° manual backup adapts to varied assemblies.

Rugged All-Terrain Construction

All-terrain differential drive masters difficult terrain with gas pressure dampers for shock absorption. 865–970 kg weight with removable counterweights optimizes balance. Flexible axle positioning stabilizes assembly on uneven ground.

Advanced Vacuum & Positioning Technology

Synchronized vacuum control enables floor-to-overhead electrical tilting for direct pickup. Optional fast-coupling allows individual pad disconnection for precise positioning. Flexible independent pad control for precise positioning. Optional electrical turning (+/- 45°) for single-operator control.
