Glazing Rig
A purpose-built and designed to hold window and door frames square and secure during final assembly, sash fitting, and glazing.
The Glazing RIG provides a stable, ergonomic platform for assembling and glazing aluminium or PVC windows and doors. One side is set at a slight lean for efficient window assembly, while the opposite side is vertical for door finishing. Sliding poles lock the extrusions firmly in place, helping maintain squareness and improving the quality and speed of final fit-out.
Each RIG is engineered to suit the customer’s factory layout, workflow, and production volume. Constructed from welded steel, the system is designed for long-term use in demanding fabrication environments. Adjustable base packers, bolt-on components, and optional building fixings ensure reliable installation even on uneven floors.
Dual-Sided Working Surface
One angled side for window assembly and one vertical side for door glazing and finishing.
Secure Sliding Pole System
Adjustable poles with over-cam locking keep frames square and stable throughout assembly.
Heavy-Duty Welded Construction
Steel frame with bolted components allows easy transport, installation, and long service life.
Custom-Built to Fit Your Space
Height and length configured to suit factory layout, workflow, and production requirements.
